TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAREER SERVICES FEES

1. Fee Requirement

All applicants are required to pay the designated Career Services fees exactly when registering to enroll in any program. These fees cover the costs associated with instruction, materials, and administrative support, as applicable.

2. Fee Structure

The amount of Career Services fees will be clearly outlined in the Career Services catalog and on the institution’s website. Fees may vary by program and are subject to change. Applicants will be notified of any changes prior to enrollment.

3. Payment Methods

Career Services fees can be paid through various methods, including credit card, bank transfer, and other payment options as specified by the institution. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of registration.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Career Services fees are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced. Applicants acknowledge that these fees contribute to the costs of delivering the service and related support.

5. Minimum Registration Requirement

5.1 Enrollment Deadlines

Applicants must select their preferred date and time for services with the following deadlines:

• Alumni of AOI: Registration must be completed at least 10 days prior to the start of the selected service.
• Non-Alumni of AOI: Registration must be completed at least 15 days prior to the start of the selected service.

5.2 Payment Requirement

Non-alumni of AOI must pay the full registration fee at the time of application in order to secure their enrollment in the service.

6. Eligibility for Services

Services specifically designated for alumni will only be available to individuals who have graduated from ABC and in accordance with the type of service that allows alumni to register. Non-alumni may register for these services by following the Terms and Conditions for Career Services Fees.

7. Withdrawal and Refund Policy (Non-Alumni)

7.1 Withdrawal Process

Applicants wishing to withdraw from a Career Service must submit a written request to the admissions or registrar’s office. This request can be made via email or through the institution’s online portal, where applicable.

7.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted based on the timing of the withdrawal relative to the service start date. The following guidelines apply:

• If an applicant withdraws at least 14 days prior to the Career Services start date, they are eligible for a full refund of Career Services fees, minus any administrative fees that may apply.
• If an applicant withdraws between 7 to 13 days prior to the Career Services start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund of Career Services fees.
• If an applicant withdraws less than 7 days prior to the Career Services start date, they are not eligible for a refund.

7.3 Withdrawal After Career Services Start

If an applicant withdraws after the Career Services have begun, no refunds will be issued. The applicant is responsible for the full Career Services fee.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, applicants may appeal for a refund. Documentation is required to support the request. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.

9. Administrative Fees

A non-refundable administrative fee may be deducted from any refund issued. The amount of this fee will be specified in the Career Services catalog or registration materials.

10. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks after the withdrawal request has been approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

11. Communication of Policy

This policy will be communicated clearly in the Career Services catalog, on the institution’s website, and during the enrollment process to ensure that all applicants are aware of the terms regarding withdrawal and refunds.

12. Changes to Policy

The institution reserves the right to amend this withdrawal and refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to applicants through official channels.
