Terms and Conditions for Career Guidance Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Career Guidance Service (“Service”) provided by The Aceh Oil Institute. Our main objective is to empower participants through tailored career guidance, enhancing job readiness, and facilitating professional development. By enrolling in the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Participants
The Service is available to three categories of participants:
- Current Trainees: Individuals currently enrolled in training programs.
- Alumni: Graduates of the training programs.
- Non-Alumni Participants: Individuals who have not previously enrolled in the training programs.
3. Services Offered
The following services are designed to support your career development:
- Career Assistance: Personalized guidance on career paths and opportunities.
- Resume Writing Service: Expert assistance in crafting impactful resumes tailored to job markets.
- Interview Preparation: Comprehensive coaching to prepare for job interviews effectively.
- Job Interview Simulation: Realistic practice sessions to build confidence and improve performance.
- Private Coaching: One-on-one sessions focusing on individual career goals and challenges.
- Advanced Skills Assessment: Evaluation of current skills to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Personal Branding Services: Strategies to enhance your professional image and online presence.
- Career Progression Check-Ins: Regular assessments for alumni to track career advancement and future goals.
4. Eligibility Requirements
1. Current Trainees: Must have received a recommendation from management to enroll in the Resume Writing Service and Interview Preparation.
2. Alumni: Must have received a recommendation from management to enroll in all program services, except for Career Progression Check-Ins.
3. Non-Alumni Participants: May enroll in the Service after completing the enrollment process.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By participating in the Service, you agree to:
- Actively engage in the learning process and contribute positively to discussions and activities.
- Respect the time and contributions of other participants and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Uphold the integrity and ethical standards of the program by maintaining confidentiality regarding shared information and respecting differing opinions.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and facilitators to enhance the learning experience for everyone.
- Take ownership of your career development by setting personal goals and utilizing the resources provided effectively.
Your commitment to these responsibilities helps create a supportive community dedicated to professional growth.
6. Unauthorized Behavior
Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Disseminating data, materials, or any content related to the Service without prior written permission from the organizer, which undermines the integrity of the program and infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Failing to participate in scheduled activities at the designated times, as this disrupts the learning experience for others and limits the effectiveness of the program.
- Speaking rudely or behaving unethically towards staff or other participants, including harassment or discrimination of any kind, which violates our commitment to a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Spreading false information or rumors that may harm the reputation of the program or its participants, thereby creating an atmosphere of distrust.
- Engaging in any form of misconduct, including but not limited to, bullying, intimidation, or any behavior that negatively impacts the morale and safety of the community.
- Using electronic devices inappropriately during sessions, including recording without consent or distracting other participants, which detracts from the collaborative learning experience.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate dismissal from the Service and potential exclusion from future programs. We are dedicated to maintaining a positive and constructive environment for all participants.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Aceh Oil Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through www.aoimigas.com. Continued participation in the Service following the notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
