Our goal is to build an effective and strategic organization that engages skilled professionals and experts. This reflects our commitment to purpose-driven governance and optimal service delivery. We centralize and integrate administrative services, making it easier for staff, instructors, mentors, and trainees to access and coordinate with AOI management.
Programs
The Oil and Gas Training Program (OGTP) stands as the flagship initiative of the Aceh Oil Institute, offering an Integrated Technical Training Program, Professional Services, and Alumni Career Assistance. Each program is meticulously crafted to empower participants with essential skills and knowledge for success in the industry. With a robust emphasis on hands-on training, our offerings are not only aligned with industry standards but designed to help participants thrive and excel in their careers.
Career Readiness Pathway
The Oil and Gas Training Program (OGTP) provides a six-month and 1 year learning pathway for aspiring professionals in the industry. It starts with two months of intensive classroom training and assessment, where participants gain essential technical skills. This is followed by a four-month internship, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, with a final assessment to evaluate their progress. Participants can also take an additional month of internship focused on oil treating for specialized experience. Outstanding students may qualify for an advanced internship to further develop their skills. Throughout the program, participants receive career guidance and benefit from a strong network of alumni and work partners, promoting lifelong learning and ongoing opportunities. By the end of the OGTP, participants are well-prepared for successful careers in the oil and gas sector.
Career Advancement
Our Program focuses on helping participants achieve their career goals and secure promotions in the industry. With an advanced internship that offers hands-on experience, students receive ongoing technical guidance to enhance their skills. We provide essential support, including job application reviews and professional resume writing, to help them stand out to employers. Participants also engage in trial simulations and technical interview simulations to prepare for the hiring process. Upon completion, they are well-equipped for job promotion and benefit from a strong AOI and alumni network. Additionally, we offer first day of work guidance to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles. Our culture of sharing and collaboration empowers graduates to thrive in the oil and gas sector.
